Invoice & secure payment link sent once we confirm — nothing is charged on this site. Balance due 48 hours before travel. Prices are based on one pickup and one drop-off location; additional stops may carry a small extra charge. Airport/port access fees are added at cost, at the rate the airport or port advertises at the time of booking.

Most 16-seat transfer bookings still leave you juggling a second vehicle — or a roof box — for the luggage. Ours doesn't. The trailer travels with the minibus as standard, every time, so your group and every case arrive together, for one price.

Fixed transfer prices from every zone — each way
Every price includes the minibus, driver and trailer. Southampton/Portsmouth, Heathrow and Gatwick are always the destination — pick your zone below to see your fixed price to each. VAT-free (passenger transport in 10+ seat vehicles is zero-rated). A return is simply two one-way fares.

Every price is based on one pickup and one drop-off location — additional stops can usually be arranged and may carry a small extra charge, agreed with you before we confirm. Where an airport or port charges an access fee, it is passed on at cost at the rate advertised on their website at the time of booking — never marked up. If the airport or port changes its fee, your invoice is adjusted to match, up or down, up to 7 days before travel; within 7 days your price is locked. Further afield? Destinations, not zones — Southampton/Portsmouth (SO/PO postcodes), Heathrow (TW6) and Gatwick (RH6) are always where you're travelling TO. Your price depends on your starting zone — the pricing table above shows every fixed fare, and it is never a separate zone charge.

Yes — every Bristolian Transfers price includes the 16-seat minibus and the luggage trailer as standard. There's no separate trailer fee and nothing to request in advance.
£99 to £169 each way for the 16-seat minibus and trailer, depending on where you start: £99 from Bristol, £119 from Bath, Weston-super-Mare, Portishead, Clevedon or Nailsea, £149 from Newport, and £169 from Cardiff. Southampton/Portsmouth, Heathrow and Gatwick are a fixed extra on top — the full table above shows every price.
Up to 16 passengers in the minibus, with the trailer carrying a full load of holiday luggage — suitcases, buggies, golf bags and more. Tell us what you're bringing when you book and we'll confirm it all fits.
